Approval granted for ambitious remodelling

Sefton Council has granted planning permission for an ambitious domestic remodelling and extension scheme in Birkdale, Southport. The approval marks an important step in the project which will see the existing 1930’s house completely transformed to create a luxurious and highly energy-efficient dwelling. Work is expected to start on the project later this year with completion due next winter.
